Description: 'Her Majesty the Queen' is listed as the League's patron. There were 9 chief singers at the performance - 5 female and 4 male. The full orchestra included Mr. Carl Heubert's String Band and the Drummers of the Grenadiers and Scots Guards, there was a chorus of 800 voices 'Consisting of the Children of Her Majesty's Chapel Royal, St. James's; Students of the Royal Academy of Music, and Members of well-known Choral Societies'. The concert was held at the Royal Albert Hall.
